Q.I'm not familiar with some of your product materials. Can you tell me what they are?
A.Here are definitions of some of our materials: Alabastrite is a stone-based polyresin substance that can be molded into virtually any shape, and will allow pigment to easily adhere to it. It is extremely durable and feels very much like stone to the touch. It can be finished to look like ceramic, wood, rock and other materials, making it excellent for home decor items, garden ornaments, sculptures, and figurines. Patchwork is a material made by stretching designer fabric over porcelain or ceramic figurines and then painted with 12 coats of lacquer. Each application of lacquer is hand polislhed, creating an incredibly smooth finish.
Q.Do you ship to Canada or other foreign countries?
A.No, I'm sorry, Claudia's Gift World does not ship to any foreign country due to extremely expensive shipping costs, custom formalities and duties, and uncertain and unguaranteed delivery schedules. We also do not accept credit cards from non-US banks.
Q.If I receive a product and wish to return it, may I?
A. Yes, you may. We firmly believe in all of our fine products, which have been carefully selected for quality, value, style and appeal. Many of our customers tell us that the photos and descriptions don't do our merchandise justice, and they are often pleasantly surprised when they receive their orders and their satisfaction level is far above what they anticipated. This is why our return customer ratio is so high. We give you a Risk-Free, 30-day Trial Period. If for some reason, you are not satisfied, return it within your 30 day trial period and we will return your money within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns received after our 30-day trial period are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the sales price. Returns past 30 days may be refused at our discretion. If an item arrives incomplete or damaged, please contact us immediately by e-mail at info@claudiasgiftworld.com or phone us at 808-377-8820. Be sure to include your order number, name and shipping address. We'll replace it immediately at no cost to you. Any customer who finds it necessary to return an item will incur the normal shipping charges. NOTE:Our warehouse,located in Southern California, ships our orders out promptly, within 48 hours of processing and you can expect to receive your order within 7-14 days. Depending on the parcel size and configuration, orders could be shipped in either one or multiple parcels.
